His high school friend, who is a Vietnam War Veteran, is exerting power as a highly principled social activist...。妇产科医生金麒麟事业有成家庭稳定，唯一的遗憾是没有孩子，可身为刑警队副队长的老婆贾琼花因为童年阴影对孩子非常抵触，就这样俩人从恋爱到结婚已整八年，生孩子这事根本就没影。焦急的金家公婆抱定不见孙子不回头的信念，杀到城里住进了儿子家，风波顿时升级成了战争。几番纠葛之后，怀孕成了功课，关爱也就成了压力，琼花日渐烦躁，工作上差点出错。经历了诸多风雨的琼花最终理解了公婆，也让她对孩子有了些许的渴望，但是怀孕率极低的检查结果却令她目瞪口呆......。在第三季第19集出场的Trubel也将继续在第四季出现，出场时间会变多。。
