午夜，荒郊的刚落成的电影院迎来了一个恐怖电影观影团，八个年轻人受到开发商邀请前来体验电影院的环境。为首的于悦其实是开发商的女儿，为了救治父亲，她听从 “神秘人”的指点，诱骗同学，想来镇住影院地底下的“恶鬼”。 原来，这家影院从施工时就不断“闹鬼”，传说影院的位置正处城市的鬼门关，古代有高人以“八棺镇邪”之术，将八具恶人尸体入棺，以八卦阵图埋葬。施工队把棺材挖出后，鬼门打开，工地不断有人离奇死亡，发生不少灵异事件，前后两任开发商都暴毙，如今，第三任开发商也暴病命危。 随着同学们进入电影院，诡异的现象开始接连出现不断，同学们陷入恶鬼的陷阱，开始亡命之夜……。Video artist Ryosuke visits the suburb of Furano in Hokkaido, where his friend lives, in order to shoot a video.
