在偏远地区的一个小镇上，护林员陈强因与师傅老金换班而躲过一场“意外触电事故”。为了查明护林员老金的死因真相，陈强逐渐接近以老五和叶夫人为首的黑势力团伙，他还结识了刘强与张强等人，三人因寻求真相而多次身陷囹圄，却也收获了友情与爱情，最终配合警方将黑势力团队捣毁。。“From Far Away” is a documentary dealing with a journey through Turkey.
