动画特别集《迈克尔·杰克逊的万圣节》发布预告，10月27日开播，流行之王以特别方式回归。配音有《生活大爆炸》的两位——“谢耳朵”吉姆·帕森斯和“莱纳德老妈”克里斯汀·芭伦斯基，以及刘玉玲、艾伦·卡明、卢卡斯·提尔等。讲述两个年轻人在万圣节偶然遇见，来到神秘的“此地旅馆”，看旅馆名，就知道就很多MJ音乐要到来。。一个恶名昭彰的死亡天使加百利（Christopher Walken），他一直想用邪恶的力量来控制地球。但是一名凡间女子薇拉莉(Jennifer Beals)和一名天使丹尼尔（Russell Wong ）因两情相悦结合之后即受孕，同时因为这个未诞生的婴儿已经得到神谕，将成为一个显露神迹的圣灵，于是加百利决定用尽一切方法，来阻止这个婴儿降临人世。。Charlie and Nicola Buchanan (Shaun Micallef and Kat Stewart) are crime scene cleaners.
