利欲熏心的地产商为了开发蛇王岛，重金收买以金老四（王洪千饰）为首的黑市捕蛇团伙，企图登岛扫清蛇患。为了印证泰坦巨蟒存在的传说，身为蛇王后人的陈峥（刘林城饰）联手动物保护专家周晓晓（邵芸饰）与金老四展开搏命厮杀，而蛇王岛上发生的一切，不断挑战着人性的最后底线……。故事讲的是一个工厂的普通女工马晓翠，为了改善家里人的住房环境，买彩票。而后听说厂里有经济适用房分，但需要排名次加分。为此她不惜参加唱歌，但最后也以失败告终。再后来，她又再一偶然间听说跑步可以加分，又开始捣腾跑步，并且请了专业教练尹之教她跑步。但在跑步的过程中，她发现自己渐渐地爱上了跑步。而她积极乐观，善良的个性，也在不知不觉中开始改变着她周围的人...。A demonic cult has summoned the ultimate beast, Bigfoot, to prowl the mountains and slaughter innocent victims.
