电影舞台设定在2003年，一天建设公司宣传组长提议利用现有技术和材料把动画《魔神Z》中出现的地下仓库建造出来，于是公司内外的技术人员开始合作，一起挑战这个有趣的任务。。John Kent (Randolph Scott), a former star football player at Harvard, goes to Paris with his friend Huck Haines (Fred Astaire) and the latter's dance band, the Wabash Indianians.
