朝仓光一（神尾枫珠饰）虽然被自己的才能限制所困扰，但却梦想着有一天能成为“什么人”。山岸艾伦（池田依来沙饰）虽然拥有压倒性的艺术才能，但也因为是天才而苦恼和孤独。高中时代命中注定的相遇的两人，不久就成为了广告代理店的设计师，和以纽约为活动据点的画家，走上了各自的道路… …。本剧以农村所特有的豆腐坊和粉坊经营为载体，郑、何两家主要人物组织矛盾冲突，两家儿女爱情纠葛编织人物故事，并通过老一代传统工艺作坊和新一代现代生产工艺所带来的不同理念碰撞，揭示出科技创新是乡村振兴不可或缺重要因素，与时俱进是时代发展必然要求。。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。
