海关督察浩辉（王喜 饰）负责驻守机场，他在一次行动中成功破获了一起利用人体带毒的大案，深受赞赏。与此同时，海关调查局的另外一组同事在缉拿私烟集团的行动中失手，领队的李督察更是受伤入院。于是上级将表现出色的浩辉调过来担任这组的领队。浩辉刚一上任，沙展叶天华（欧阳震华 饰）就对他的办案手法十分不满，但浩辉并没有受他影响，依然我行我素。这日，海关接到线报上次私烟集团的头目江世仁准备离境潜逃，于是浩辉带领一班部下赶往缉拿。浩辉利用自己的机智成功制服江世仁，天华乘机将他打了一顿。原来，天华的女友死跟他调查私烟集团有关，他曾发誓一定要将私烟集团彻底铲除。江世仁最终被判刑，浩辉在出庭作供时对美丽能干的检察官尚怡（谭小环 饰）产生了好感，对她大加赞赏。浩辉原以为此案终于告一段落，然而天华继续执着于调查幕后主脑以及同事们的劝说，浩辉终于又继续着手调查。一班缉私精英最后能否将幕后黑手绳之于法？。Copenhagen in autumn.
