抗日战争时期，鲁南临城、枣庄一带的铁路线上活跃着一支游击队，队员在大队长刘洪、政委李正的领导组织下，配合主力部队给予了日军沉重的打击，被当地百姓亲切地称为“飞虎队”。 日军想方设法偷袭“飞虎队”，致使刘洪受伤，但刘洪因此得以被寡妇芳林嫂照料，二人成为伴侣。刘洪伤愈后，配合李正指挥作战，使日军遭受惨败。恼羞成怒的日军欲以肆意杀戮之法激怒刘洪，刘洪中计，准备在微山湖与日军展开正面交锋，幸得李正及时劝阻，“飞虎队”力量才得以保全。修整后的“飞虎队”将沿线日军悉数歼灭，但芳林嫂却在执行侦察任务时被捕……。Lulu and Judy Geeson continue their earlier roles and come to the farewell party.
